About Brian

A third generation builder and entrepreneur, Brian Kennedy is a seasoned sales and marketing professional who excels at developing marketing and business plans, repositioning product, deploying programs to out-market competitors to increase sales and minimize wasted marketing costs.  After witnessing numerous builders make the costly mistake of relying on high-end studies for their businesses with virtually no value, Brian saw a need for his unique array of talents as a consultant and promptly founded Kennedy Resources.

Brian has over 20 years’ experience covering virtually every aspect of the real estate industry. At the age of sixteen Brian began his career in real estate working for his father’s company selling homes on weekends and spending summers working in construction. Upon graduation with a degree in communications, Brian returned to real estate working as a construction manager for some of the industry’s most successful commercial contractors. In the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew in 1992, Brian’s construction expertise and service skills provided the perfect stage to launch a highly successful sales career. By 1996, Brian proved himself a true entrepreneur as he built and sold out a successful multi-million dollar building corporation from the ground up, Kennedy Homes of Tampa.

Brian’s commitment to real estate also extends to community involvement, holding various Board of Director positions with both the Tampa and Brevard Builder Associations, and he has worked with the charitable organization The Make-A-Wish Foundation. Currently, along with providing builders actionable guidance and services to drive more sales, Brian is also an active board member for a successful real estate Trust.

Lisa embraces the philosophy that the best way to achieve success is to use our innate talents and skills, pursue your passions and do work you enjoy. Lisa’s entry into real estate began with the Trammell Crow Company as a leasing consultant. Her talents were quickly rewarded by promoting her to mystery shopper and sales trainer for the southeast region. Lisa has also been awarded; platinum society, top producer, and million dollar club.

Continuing the Kennedy Real Estate legacy Kristy recently graduated the prestigious Richmond University with a degree in economics.
